Beberapa hari ini sejak dari pulang dari program Soul Development Camp yang diadakan di Lenggong,pelbagai keluhan dan kesusahan yang dialami oleh diriku dan juga rakan.Jika sehari tiada keluhan di status Gtalk tidak sah.Namun ku berfikir seketika kepada siapa keluhan ini dituju.Kpd manusia?Kpd masa?kpd kerja2 yang masih bertimbun?dari mana semua itu datang? Daripada-NYA kan? Tidakkah ini bermakna kita mengeluh kepada-NYA. DIA menguji kita dengan kemampuan kita.Tidak perlu kita mengeluh.Kita perlu redha dengan apa yang kita dapat. Sedarlah bahawa ujian itu adalah tanda DIA sayangkan kita.
Baiklah, di sini dengan ilmu yang tidak seberapa,saya menghuraikan serba sedikit cara menghadapi stress dan ujian dengan redha.
- Ingatlah bahawa ujian itu datang daripada-NYA.
- Ceritakan kepada kekawan yang boleh kita percayai.
- Hadapi segala ujian dengan teratur.
- Selesaikan satu per satu masalah yang ada.
- Dapatkan ketenangan daripada-NYA.
- Dekati alam sekeliling agar anda dikurniakan ketenangan daripada-NYA.
- Bermuhasabah diri.
